CIC Direct Mail Series

In an attempt to step away from the familiar, we were asked to create a direct mail campaign centered around the new character Sam. Because loans and payday advances are meant for emergency situations that otherwise have no other quick solutions, we centered around the idea of 'life's little emergencies', relatable situations that everyone has come to face with at some point or another. With that in mind, we created a campaign around vehicle trouble, using a sense of levity and understanding when trying to approach the customer.
